15 Favorite Christmas Decor from Hayneedle

Image
Hayneedle is one of my favorite online stores.  They have such a large variety of furniture and home decor items.  I was recently browsing through their website and came across some really cute Christmas Decor. So today, I wanted to share some of my favorites because I think you will like them too. { *this post contains affiliated links } First of all, if you are looking for a new Christmas tree, Hayneedle has a ton to choose from. We really could use a new tree since ours has layers and layers of lights on it and only half of them work :)  This Natural Pine Christmas Tree is on my wish  list. These Jute storage bags would look cute around the tree holding presents. I love wreaths that look real and not like plastic. And I feel like this little Mixed Country Wreath has a realistic look to it and would be so pretty on our front door.  I love the idea of placing a Christmas tree in a bin or basket.  This Galvanized tree collar is really neat.  I hav...

More Great Curtain Options

Image
A while back I had mentioned that I was wanting to get some new curtains for our living and dining rooms.  I did some online browsing and shared some great curtain options in THIS post, but I was never able to pick a favorite to actually buy. I recently found out about the website, High End Curtain . They carry a large selection of Eco-friendly curtains and I have found a few more great options to think about.  I wanted to share these with you today and maybe you could let me know your favorite. Let's start with some embroidered curtains  because I think the details on these are so stunning. Probably my favorite are these navy tree embroidered curtains. The trees almost look like coral, which would go perfectly with my coastal style. Navy blue tree embroidered curtain Next up are these beautiful linen peacock curtains. I have a little obsession for peacocks and so these navy blue curtains with  peacocks embroidered on them really caught my eye. When you take a close...

New lighting ideas for our Kitchen, Which would you pick?

Image
I recently gave our kitchen a new look by painting the walls white. As you probably know, the walls were a teal color before.  I'll be back soon to share more of the room with you. Today, I wanted to talk about kitchen light fixtures.   You're probably familiar with the light fixture I have hanging in our kitchen currently.  I created these light shades using a pair of wicker food covers. And as you can see, they too recently got painted white. I came up with the idea of  using wicker food covers for light shades years ago as a quick fix. Before, the lights had a tan frosted glass shade on them that was not at all my style. The wicker shades gave the room a casual, beach house, look which fits my style and the rest of our home's decor perfectly. Even though I think the wicker light shades are fun,  I believe that it is probably time to switch them out with something modern and new.  I recently found out about a website called, Lightinhome   that carrie...
